Dr. Colin Hobson

Dr. Hobson is proud to call Fort Saskatchewan his home where he was born and raised! He graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2012, where he received an Honors Undergraduate degree in Science and a doctorate degree from the University of Waterloo’s School of Optometry.

Dry Eye has always been a condition of interest for Dr. Hobson as he has been managing patients with this disease throughout his career. He is excited to partner with Skin Effect to use Radio Frequency and Pulsed Light therapy treatments and bring further relief to patients suffering from this chronic disease.
Dr. Hobson partnered with Maggie in 2020 to form Skin Effect Laser and Medical Aesthetics and looks forward to providing Fort Saskatchewan and the surrounding communities leading medical skincare and treatments.
